We use a hands-on approach as well as an individualised exercise and treatment programme to help motivate and assist you to optimise your health and function.
During the initial assessment, your physiotherapist will take a detailed history to obtain a full understanding of your problem followed by a comprehensive physical assessment. Depending on your issues, your movement, muscles, joints, nerves, balance and walking may be looked at as well as your strength and flexibility. This will help to guide your treatment plan facilitating your return back to maximum function.
