Paediatric Physiotherapy
Our highly qualified, paediatric physiotherapists are able to see children in the comfort of their own home, visit them in school or a swimming pool. Our paediatric physios are highly trained with many years of experience of working with children of all ages. They continue to work in paediatrics for the NHS at University Hospitals Dorset alongside their private work. They have fantastic connections and knowledge of local services and provisions and can work along other healthcare professionals.
Our physiotherapists are able to supplement NHS provision can work alongside NHS input and therapy as required. They are able to work with teachers and parents providing advice and exercises to help maximise your child’s rehabilitation.
They are highly experienced in treating children of any age from 0-18. They can provide early intervention and assess and assist with developmental milestones. Our physiotherapist will ensure the sessions are engaging, interactive and fun to facilitate their rehabilitation whilst providing the best possible care.
Physiotherapy for children is vastly different to physiotherapy for adults. It is therefore important that you choose a specialist, paediatric physiotherapist who has extensive experience in a wide range of paediatric settings. Our paediatric physios have the knowledge and experience to ensure your child receives the highest quality of care and they will take the time to fully understand your child’s needs.
